Concordance Signs Agreement to Acquire Rockwell Medical Supply

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC, one of the largest, independent, healthcare distributors in the U.S., today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Rockwell Medical Supply. By adding this business, Concordance will now have an expanded West Coast presence. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
