Following our acquisition by HARPS Global on September 1, 2023, we would like to inform you that we have now changed our company name from Sempermed USA, Inc. to HARPS USA, Inc.  

Please note that we have made no other changes. Our company address, phone numbers, email addresses, tax number, and bank account details will remain unchanged.   

Over time, you will notice the transition to our new name, HARPS USA, Inc., on product packaging, marketing materials, websites, shipping documents, communications, etc.
