TIFFIN, OHIO – April 9, 2021. Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC, one of the largest, independent, healthcare distributors in the U.S. today announced the finalization of their sales realignment.
“Our new structure, incorporating our pre, post and acute care account managers under a combined sales leadership team, will allow us to continue to provide customized resources to each class of trade, while enhancing collaboration across sales leadership,” remarks Lisa Hohman, Concordance CEO. “As point of care continues to evolve, we want to ensure we are structured to provide our customers and the industry efficient resources from a sales, technology and supply chain solutions perspective,” Hohman continues. With this, comes the promotion of four team members and the addition of three new leaders, who together, have the skills and experience to help execute the strategic vision of the Company.
Mark Henderson – Senior Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mark is new to the organization and brings over 30 years of healthcare industry experience.
Jeff Lawing – Senior Vice President, Healthcare Sales. Jeff has been with Concordance for 10 years and previously held the position of Senior Vice President, National and Strategic Accounts.
Michael Heal – Vice President, Sales - Western Zone. Michael has been with Concordance for two years and previously held the position of Director, Business Development.
Jamie Rockefeller – Vice President, Sales - Eastern Zone. Jamie joined Concordance in 2019, as the Regional Director of the Northeast region.
Kelly Hart – Vice President, Solutions and Commercial Sales. Kelly has been with Concordance for nearly 30 years and held various sales positions, most recently, Vice President, Medical Sales.
Wayne King – Vice President, National Accounts. Joining the team in February 2021, Wayne brings over 30 years in the healthcare industry and will lead the Company’s efforts to expand relationships with GPOs, IDNs, along with other buying groups and regional collaborative.
Kelly Hammons – Vice President, Customer Relations. With 10 years of experience in the areas of sales and sales support, Kelly joins Concordance and is responsible for customer service, sales support personnel and process improvements.
Along with the senior sales leadership team, nine Sales Directors were appointed and will be responsible for the execution of the sales strategy across all markets served by the Company. The Regional Directors will manage the sales team within their regions and support the goals of the region to enhance existing business, develop new business opportunities and support the Company’s purpose of Positively Impacting Lives.
