TIFFIN, OHIO – January 16, 2024. Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC, one of the largest, independent, healthcare distributors in the U.S. announced today that its Board appointed Sean Spraley as their Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will have the responsibility for leading the overall financial planning and management and overseeing key supporting functions.

Spraley joined the company in 2021 as Controller where he led and directed Concordance’s Accounting, Finance and Sourcing functions, and in 2022 he became Vice President of Accounting. Before joining Concordance, he served in various leadership roles in industries outside healthcare including distribution, manufacturing and private equity. He is a seasoned business executive with a wealth of experience in acquisition integration, budget and forecasting, working capital management and operational and financial analysis.
Sean Spraley also serves on Concordance’s Operating Board alongside Lisa Hohman, Cody Fisher, Dan Rieman, Greg Huber, John Kastberg, Keith Price, Mark Henderson and Michael Hyser.
