TIFFIN, OHIO – August 4, 2022. Today, Concordance Healthcare Solutions announced a new DC (distribution center) in Grapevine, Texas. It was operational on August 1, 2022. The new DC will move all business from the Grand Prairie, Texas DC.

This transition adds nearly 205,000 square feet of storage space in a strategic location. Nestled between Dallas and Ft. Worth, Grapevine has rapid access to 4 major interstates. In addition to more space, this facility provides improved purchasing, distribution, warehousing and fulfillment for partners.

Texas has often been the fastest-growing state in the US in recent decades. With almost 29 million residents today, 4 million of those have arrived in the last 10 years. The new DC will respond to Texas’ explosive growth, but will also service Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi.

“We are excited about the addition of the Grapevine distribution center to our supply chain solutions,” says Keith Price, COO/CIO at Concordance. “The COVID-19 pandemic, hurricanes and current events have changed the needs of healthcare distribution throughout our country and the world. With rapid population growth in and around Texas, it only compounds the need to have sophisticated supply chain solutions for healthcare organizations. There are more patients needing care and more providers needing supply chain solutions than ever before, and this distribution center gets us one step closer to serving the needs of all.”

The Grapevine DC will provide third-party logistics (3PL). Partners will be able to use the DC whether or not they purchase supplies or equipment through Concordance. Operations will be accessible digitally: inventory control, fulfillment, tracking, analytics and reporting.
